  • Subscription fees are billed monthly.

• Tenant
• • Tenants are invited to join the platform by their respective landlords.
  • Tenants can utilize the platform features without subscription.

Payment Transactions

• Landlord-Tenant Transactions
• • BeMyTenant does not facilitate direct payment transactions between landlords and tenants.

Services Excluded

• Payment Transactions
• • BeMyTenant does not handle payment transactions between landlords and tenants.

• Property Listing and Promotion
• • Our platform does not include property listing or promotion services.

Limitation of Liability

BeMyTenant and Neev Technologies Inc. are not liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of our platform. Users are responsible for their interactions and transactions.

Location of Services

Our services are limited to Canada, and users must comply with local laws and regulations.

Modification of Terms

BeMyTenant reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service. Users will be notified of any significant changes.

Termination of Services

BeMyTenant may terminate services for users who violate these terms or engage in improper conduct effective immedaitely without providing refund for paid service (monthly fee)

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the province of Ontario, Canada.
